ECHR guides capacity building, co-leads CSO training, and steers the final conference and wrap up. Its role ensures the project stays aligned with European values and delivers practical results for public officials, CSOs and citizens across partner countries.
Political Capital leads the evidence base. It designs and runs surveys with politicians and officials, analyses hate speech incidents, and maps CSO needs. Its political analysis and radicalisation prevention expertise shape training content and cooperation plans. Findings are presented to partners to refine priorities and tailor resources. This work ensures SPHERE+ responds to real conditions in partner countries and gives decision makers and trainers reliable insights for action.
Deystvie is a leading Bulgarian LGBTIQ organisation with strong legal and community roots. In SPHERE+ it co-develops training for CSO trainers, contributes legal and practical perspectives, and helps shape the SPHERE+ Code of Conduct. Deystvie’s experience with strategic litigation and sensitivity training strengthens the project’s focus on lived experience, realistic scenarios, and respectful communication standards for public life. It anchors activities in national context while sharing lessons across borders through the partnership.
Volonteurope connects a wide civil society network and helps drive European cooperation. It supports in-person meetings, knowledge exchange and awareness activities that link local practice with EU-level dialogue. Through its reach, the project engages broader audiences, gathers feedback, and spreads examples of inclusive leadership. Volonteurope’s role strengthens cross-border learning and visibility, helping SPHERE+ share results and encourage commitment from public figures and organisations in different countries.
Momentum designs and delivers communication and learning outputs. It co-leads the microlearning bulletins for politicians and officials, contributes to live training, and leads dissemination and awareness activities, including digital materials and media kits. Momentum also supports the international conference and social media reporting. Its practical education and communications skills ensure resources are clear, engaging and accessible for busy audiences, while strengthening public understanding and uptake across Europe.
EUEI leads the development of the SPHERE+ e-learning platform. It defines technical specifications, builds user friendly tools with case studies and scenarios, pilots with stakeholders, and finalises deployment. The platform supports flexible learning, progress tracking and long-term use beyond the project. EUEI’s expertise ensures content is accessible, practical and easy to navigate for politicians, officials and CSOs, creating a sustainable resource that grows with new materials and translations.
RLP brings community development experience and local government links. It supports surveys and engagement, contributes to cooperation meetings, and helps connect national work with local realities. Through its networks, RLP encourages participation from rural and regional actors, ensuring training and awareness reach a wider public. Its role helps ground SPHERE+ resources in everyday contexts and supports practical follow up activities that continue after events and courses end.
