SPHERE+ offers a full set of easy-to-use learning resources for people who want practical skills to recognise and respond to hate speech. This includes an online training curriculum for CSO trainers, short microlearning bulletins for politicians and public officials, and live sessions that focus on inclusive communication and ethical leadership. The materials are designed for busy schedules and can be used in meetings, classrooms and community events. Together, they make it simpler to turn knowledge into everyday action.
The project builds a practical network that connects civil society, educators and public bodies across several EU countries, so people can share real examples and learn from each other. To support this, SPHERE+ is developing an e-learning platform with case studies, scenarios and simple analytics, so users can learn online and keep track of progress. Pilot testing with stakeholders helps refine the content and ensures the platform is accessible and useful beyond the project’s lifetime. This mix of people and tools makes cooperation easier and more effective.
SPHERE+ raises awareness through clear digital information, social media actions and events that show how respectful language strengthens public life. The project also promotes a SPHERE+ Code of Conduct for public figures, aiming for wide endorsement to encourage responsible communication in politics and public service. An international conference and media engagement help share results, stories and next steps with a broader audience. These actions support long-term change by turning learning into visible commitment.
